Micah 1:1

verbum Domini quod factum est
ad Micham Morasthiten
in diebus Ioatham Ahaz Ezechiae
regum Iuda
quod vidit super Samariam
et Hierusalem

The word of YHWH that was
to Micah the Morashite
in the days of Jotham, Ahaz, Hezekiah,
kings of Judah,
which he saw concerning/against Samaria
and Jerusalem.
And there was the word of the Lord
to Micah the Morasthite
in the days of Joatham and Achaz and Hezekiah,
kings of Juda,
concerning what things he saw concerning Samaria
and regarding Jerusalem.
The word of the Lord that was
to Micah the Morasthite
in the days of Joatham, Ahaz, Hezekiah
kings of Juda,
which he saw concerning Samaria
and Jerusalem.
Micah 1:2

audite populi omnes
et adtendat terra et plenitudo eius
et sit Dominus Deus vobis in testem
Dominus de templo sancto suo

Hear O peoples, all of them,
pay attention O earth, and its fulness.
and the Lord YHWH will be a witness against you,
the Lord from his holy temple.
Hear O peoples, words,
and pay attention O earth, and all those who are in it,
and the Lord will be among you for a testimony,
the Lord from his holy house.
Hear, O peoples, all
and pay attention O earth, and its fullness;
and let the Lord God be a witness to you,
the Lord from his holy temple.

L. 1. It is orthographically possible to imagine the LXX translator reading מלם for כלם and thinking of מלים "words" since in the Qumran scrolls the letters mem and kaph are similar in appearance. The problem is that the word מלה occurs mostly in Job and Daniel (otherwise only 1x in 2 Sam, 2x in Psa, 1x in Prov).
L. 2. LXX makes MT and Vulg "and its fulness" concrete.
L. 3. The Hebrew preposition ב can include the variety of nuances reflected in both LXX and Vulg.

Micah 1:3

ἐπὶ τὰ ὕψη τῆς γῆς,
quia ecce Dominus
egreditur de loco suo
et descendet et calcabit
super excelsa terrae

For see, YHWH
is going out from his place,
and he will go down and tread
on the high places of earth.
For see, the Lord
is going out from his place,
and he will go down and tread
on the high places of the earth.
For see, the Lord
is going out from his place
and will go down and will tread
on the high places of the earth.

  L. 4: Qere:
Micah 1:4

et consumentur montes subtus eum
et valles scindentur
sicut cera a facie ignis
sicut aquae quae decurrunt in praeceps

And the mountains will melt under him,
and the valleys will be split,
like wax before the fire,
like water poured out on a mountainside.
And the mountains will be shaken under him,
and the valleys will melt,
like wax before a fire,
and like water flowing down on a descent.
And the mountains will be devoured under him,
and the valleys will be split,
like wax before a fire,
like waters that run down on a steep place.

τίς ἡ ἀσέβεια τοῦ Ιακωβ;
οὐ Σαμάρεια;
καὶ τίς ἡ ἁμαρτία οἴκου Ιουδα;
οὐχὶ Ιερουσαλημ;
in scelere Iacob omne istud
et in peccatis domus Israhel
quod scelus Iacob

et quae excelsa Iudae
nonne Hierusalem

On account of the crime of Jacob is all this,
and on account of the sins of the house of Israel.
What is the crime of Jacob?
Is it not Samaria?
And what are the high places of Judah?
Is it not Jerusalem?
On account of the crime of Jacob are all these things,
and on account of the sin of the house of Israel.
What is the crime of Jacob?
Is it not Samaria?
And what is the sin of the house of Juda?
Is it not Jerusalem?
On account of the crime of Jacob are all these things,
and on account of the sins of the house of Israel.
What is the crime of Jacob?
Is it not Samaria?
And what are the high places of Juda?
Are they not Jerusalem?

Micah 1:6

et ponam Samariam quasi acervum lapidum in agro
cum plantatur vinea
et detraham in vallem lapides eius
et fundamenta eius revelabo

And I will make Samaria into a stone-heap of the field,
into plantings of a vineyard.
And I will pour down to the valley her stones,
and her foundations I will expose.
And I will make Samaria into a hut of the field,
and into a planting of a vineyard.
And I will destroy to chaos her stones,
and her foundations I will expose.
And I will make Samaria like a heap of stones in a field
when a vineyard is planted.
And I will bring down into the valley her stones,
and her foundations I will expose.

Micah 1:7

et omnia sculptilia eius concidentur
et omnes mercedes eius conburentur igni
et omnia idola eius ponam in perditionem
quia de mercedibus meretricis congregata sunt
et usque ad mercedem meretricis revertentur

And all her images will be crushed,
and all her gifts will be burned with fire,
and all her idols I will make a desolation.
For from a harlot's gift she gathered,
and to a harlot's gift they will return.
And all her carved images they will cut to pieces,
and all her wages they will burn with fire,
and all her idols I will make into an extermination.
For from wages of fornication she gathered,
and from wages of fornication she amassed wealth.
And all her carved images will be cut to pieces,
and all her wages will be burned with fire,
and all her idols I will make into a destruction.
For from wages of a harlot they were gathered,
and even unto a wage of a harlot they will return.

Micah 1:8

super hoc plangam et ululabo
vadam spoliatus et nudus
faciam planctum velut draconum
et luctum quasi strutionum

Because of this I must lament and wail,
I must go stripped [barefoot] and naked,
I must make lament like the jackals,
and a mourning like the she-ostriches.
Because of this she will lament and wail,
she will go barefoot and naked,
she will make lament like dragons,
and a mourning like the daughters of sirens.
Because of this I will lament and wail,
I will go stripped and naked,
I will make lament like dragons
and a mourning like the ostriches.

quia desperata est plaga eius
quia venit usque ad Iudam
tetigit portam populi mei
usque ad Hierusalem

For incurable is her wound,
for it has come unto Judah,
it has touched unto the gate of my people,
unto Jerusalem.
For her wound has prevailed,
for it has come unto Juda,
and has touched unto the gate of my people,
unto Jerusalem.
For desparate is her wound,
for it has come even unto Juda,
it has touched the gate of my people,
even unto Jerusalem.

Micah 1:10

in Geth nolite adnuntiare

In Gath do not tell,
Let not Baco weep [or: Do not weep at all],
in Beth-le-aphrah ["a house of dust"]
roll yourself in the dust.
Those who are in Geth, do not exalt yourselves,
Those who are in Akim, do not rebuild
out of the house in derision
;
sprinkle earth in your derision.
In Geth do not declare,
with tears do not weep,
in the house of Dust
with dust sprinkle yourselves.

et transite vobis habitatio Pulchra
confusa ignominia
non est egressa quae habitat in Exitu
planctum domus Vicinae

Pass over (to you), O inhabitant of Shaphir,
in shameful nakedness.
She who inhabits Zaanan did not go out.
The lamentation of Beth-Ezel ["house of 'beside'"]:
He will take from you its location.
She who beautifully inhabits
her cities,
she who inhabits Sennaan did not go out
to lament the house of the one next to her;
she will receive from you a stroke of grief.
And pass over (to you), O Beautiful habitation,
mingled with disgrace.
She who inhabits Departure did not go out.
A lament of a house Nearby
she will receive from you who stood by herself.

Micah 1:12

quae habitat in Amaritudinibus
quia descendit malum a Domino
in portam Hierusalem

For she writhes for good,
she who inhabits Maroth ["bitternesses"],
for evil has come down from YHWH
to the gate of Jerusalem.
Who has begun for good things
to her who inhabits grief?
For evil things have come down from the Lord
on the gates of Jeruselem;
For she has become weak in good,
she who inhabits Bitternesses,
for evil has come down from the Lord
into the gate of Jerusalem.

Harness the chariot to the team of horses,
she who inhabits Lachish;
the beginning of sin was she
to the daughter of Zion;
for in you were found
the crimes of Israel.
a sound of chariots and horsemen.
She who inhabits Lachish,
the beginning [chief] of sin is she
to the daughter of Sion;
for in you were found
the crimes of Israel.
A tumult of a four-horse team is of astonishment,
to the inhabitant of Lachish;
the beginning of sin it is
to the daughter of Sion;
for in you were found
the crimes of Israel.

propterea dabit emissarios

Therefore you will give parting gifts
on behalf of Moresheth-gath;
the houses of Achzib ["I declare a liar"] become deception
to the kings of Israel.
Therefore you will give those being sent off
as far as the inheritance of Geth,
vain houses; to vanities they have become
to the kings of Israel.
Therefore she will give emissaries
over the inheritance of Geth,
houses of Lying for deception
to the kings of Israel.

Further, the one who takes possession I will bring to you,
she who inhabits Mareshah ["possession'];
unto Adullam
will come the glory of Israel.
As far as those who possess I will bring to you,
O she who inhabits Lachish, a possession,
unto Odollam
will come the glory of the daughter of Israel.
Further, I will bring to you one who takes possession,
she who inhabits Maresa;
unto Adollam
will come the glory of Israel.

Make yourself bald and shave,
on account of the children of your delight;
extend your baldness like the eagle,
for they will go into exile from you.
Make yourself bald and shave,
on account of your delicate children;
extend your widowhood like an eagle,

Make yourself bald and shave,
on account of your delicate children;
extend your baldness like the eagle,
for they are carried into captivity from you.
